Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt of choice
- 1/2 cup ice as needed
- Water as needed
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- One scoop of vegan protein powder of your choice
- Chocolate nibs for garnishing
Instructions
It is a smoothie, so it is super easy to create.
- First of all, chop up the avocado in pieces.
- Throw all your ingredients into a preferably a high-speed blender
- Turn the blender on and blend until your smoothie is smooth, without chunks.
- Serve up!
